Competency and personality Assessment

A competency assessment is conducted for all shortlisted candidates, tailored to each specific position. This assessment evaluates how effectively applicants can perform the required job skills in relation to defined performance areas. It identifies existing competencies and skill gaps in potential employees, determining the necessary training for their skill development.
Our personality test evaluates whether applicants possess the behavioral traits required for the job, such as friendliness, patience, emotional expression, competitiveness, drive, and perfectionism. The test results reveal whether applicants are introverts or extroverts and determine how closely their personality matches the job requirements.
